Watermelon margarita

Posted by

I never met a soul who dislikes watermelon. We love snacking on it as a fruit or in a salad. The juice gets loads of makeovers with fruits, soda, or juice of different fruits. It is compatible with different fruit juices, especially citrus, and works beautifully. I love using the clear juice in mocktails. Watermelon margarita and cosmopolitan are a few of my favorites.

Here is an easy recipe for watermelon margarita. The gorgeous color and mild watermelon flavor make it easy to work with.

We drink the blended watermelon juice, but I prefer using the clear liquid to keep it smooth for mocktails. You may add tequila for the adult version.

How do you prefer your drink? No fuss, just the drink or loads of ice and garnish. A simple garnish with a citrus rind or just the salt/sugar-rimmed glasses looks excellent.
