I kept it simple and super easy to make. Except for the whipping cream, everything else is ready to be added.

Ingredients

  • Ladyfingers 10-12
  • Strong brewed espresso or coffee 1 cup
  • Vanilla ice cream 2-3 scoops
  • Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
  • Whipped cream 100 ml
  • Chocolate shavings or grated chocolate (optional) 1 tbsp

Method

  1. Brew a strong espresso or coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Place the ladyfingers in the bottom of serving glasses or dessert bowls.
  3. Layer it with whipped cream and a generous sprinkle of cocoa powder. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  4. Finish off with shaved chocolate.
  5. Pour the coffee before serving, and enjoy the creamy, coffee-infused Tiramisu Affogato Parfait!
