When Dabur approached me to create a recipe, all I could think of is Breakfast. Mini pancakes are a huge craze right now.
Here is a simple recipe with the twist of honey and rosewater to make them a little more interesting.
I have childhood memories related to honey, especially the brand ‘Dabur’. It is ubiquitous on our Breakfast table. Breakfast was mostly a chapatti or a toast with honey. I make sure this magical ingredient is a part of my child’s diet almost every day.
Mini pancakes have renewed the interest in pancakes for my little one. You can stack them up in tiny bundles or place them in a bowl-like cereal. The size depends on your preference entirely.

Serves : 1-2
- All-purpose flour 60 gms
- Whole wheat flour 40 gms
- Honey 10 ml
- Rosewater 1tbsp
- Eggs 2
- Milk 100 ml
- Oil 10 ml
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Whisk the eggs, milk, oil, honey, and water. Shift the two flour and add baking powder and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients and whisk again.
- Heat a pan and pour 1 tbsp at a time. Flip when you see a lot of bubbles forming.
- Remove from heat and serve warm with honey and fruits.
