Here’s how you can create light and perfectly moist blueberry honey donuts. Blueberries add a subtle tint to the donuts along with the moisture. Mix half the berries at the end of the rest after spooning into the molds.
Drizzle with whipped yogurt, as it makes them look so pretty and also add on to the taste. My idea of a treat is something that looks decent and filled with healthy ingredients. For bonus goodness, I also added some edible flowers

Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour 100 gms
- Whole wheat flour 100 gms
- Eggs 2
- Blueberry 125 gms
- Honey 100ml
- Oil 80 ml
- Milk 25 ml
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- Vanilla ½ tsp
- Baking powder 2tsp (leveled)
- Salt a pinch
Drizzle
- Greek yogurt 3 tbsp+ 4tbsp water
- Honey 1 tbsp
Method:
- Sift the two flours with baking powder and salt. Whisk together eggs, honey, oil, vanilla, milk, oil, and yogurt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet in parts. Use a spatula to mix the ingredients along with half the blueberries. Scoop out the batter and pour it into the molds and bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Whisk the honey with yogurt and drizzle over the donuts.
