Here is the recipe for a warm creamy latte with sweetness from pumpkin and cinnamon. I had two cups of this delicious spiced pumpkin latte in one sitting.
I loved the texture and flavor of this spiced pumpkin latte.
The lattes served at coffee shops are either too sweet or creamy.
I let the kiddo enjoy a cup too, but without the coffee. The temperatures are slowly dipping, and I enjoy the weekend morning and evening cuppa on my balcony. With the pumpkin season in, a cup of guilt-free spiced pumpkin latte is something I look forward to at the end of the day.
I grew up eating pumpkin as a vegetable in different forms. My mum would occasionally make pumpkin fudge. However, pumpkin is such a versatile vegetable, and enjoying it in my coffee is one of the best ways.
It is an easy recipe, and I hope you do give it a try.
