I have been on a baking spree, from cookies to muffins to cakes and finally brownies. These chocolate banana brownies were a request from the little guy. They are moist, dense, and perfect little treats for any occasion.
Banana and jaggery add to the sweetness. The semi-sweet chocolate chips are only to mislead the little guy into believing these brownies have chocolate. You may skip them altogether.
Just a few healthy ingredients and a super quick recipe to make your life easy. No gadgets, just your whisk, and spatula. I put these in my lunchbox, and I see a happy face. I have to keep the health factor, so replace or substitute a part of the ingredients. And at times, I enjoy a slice of warm fudgy brownie with a scoop of my favorite ice cream.
Make these and indulge in some guilt-free brownie moments
