Ingredients
- Almonds 15-20 (soaked and peeled)
- Milk 500 ml
- Saffron strands few
- Sugar 25-30 gms
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Cardamom crushed a pinch
- Dried Rose blooms
Method
- Warm milk and pour it over the saffron strands and keep it aside.
- In a blender place the almonds, the rest of the milk, turmeric, sugar, soaked saffron, and crushed cardamon.
- Blend to a smooth drink.
- Adjust the consistency and sweetness as per your preference. Garnish with slivered pistachios, dried rose petals, and saffron threads.
