There’s something about chilly evenings that calls for cozy moments with warm drinks and snacks that bring comfort and warmth. Recently, I’ve been hooked on a snack that checks all the boxes: gochujang edamame. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out on a quick, healthy, and oh-so-addictive treat! Ready in just minutes, it’s sure to become your new favorite treat!
While edamame is often enjoyed plain or with a sprinkle of salt, adding gochujang—a Korean chili paste—takes it to another level. The spicy, umami-rich gochujang coats the tender beans, creating a snack that’s equal parts bold and comforting. Plus, if you’re like me, you might even find joy in chewing on the slightly spicy, flavorful skins—it’s a sensory delight!
These beans are a nutritional powerhouse, offering a good balance of protein, healthy fats, and fiber. Perfect for guilt-free munching.
