Happier gut leads to a happier healthier you!!

In the field of agriculture, there’s a saying – “There is nothing called waste.”

One’s waste can be some else’s raw material. Nature is our best teacher as it teaches us how every bit of creation when ceases to exist can help create something different. It is our intervention that can lead to a creation of waste which serves no good.  How can we disrupt this vicious cycle of waste creation?

So, here is a company that has started with the motto to cater to the needs of health conscious consumers in the UAE. The Clean Living Company has come up with an exciting product using finest bone marrow which is supposed to be a rich source of minerals and nutrients and is usually discarded by us.

So, now that I have your attention let me elaborate about the health benefits of bone broth (beef and chicken). Bones are majorly made up of calcium and magnesium. So making this broth a part of your diet will strengthen your bones. Women, in general, are more prone to osteoporosis, so we need it more. Trust me it tastes far better than any supplement. This bone broth is also believed to have gut healing properties. Happier gut leads to a happier healthier you!!

*Besides all the above this miracle/magic potion has collagen and amino acids such as glutamine, glycine, and proline which assists in boosting immunity and also mood. The ingredients within this supplemental food can also help people suffering from acid reflux. This magic brew is quite popular among athletes and health experts. This first locally produced bone broth is prepared by an award winning chef using only the best of ingredients. Finest marrow bones from organically raised 100% grass-fed cows or pasteurized chicken in addition to organic vegetables and fresh herbs purchased from our very own Dubai’s ripe market. Prepared in the most hygienic way and simmered for up to 48 hours to ensure all the beneficial elements are extracted.

How to include in our diet?

Drinking as such after gently warming it in a pan to replace your early morning caffeine is just one of the ways. You could add it your soups, pies, stews, etc., Or you could have it the way I had – noodle soup with a lot of delicious toppings. It is an organic gluten free recipe with the goodness of bone broth, vegetables, and sprouts. The crunch from the sprouts, mildly sweet and salty broth, heat from chili flakes and a little zing from ginger just leaves your craving for more. And as I write this blog I am sipping some of the leftover broth I prepared yesterday. I warmed it in the microwave, and it was such relief to my sore throat.

My son is the best food critic (being a fussy eater). So I gave him a spoonful of the little broth along with some noodles. He had it and kept coming back for more till the bowl was empty. So what else do you need after the ultimate verdict from a two and a half-year-old?
