Orange/Clementine yogurt pancakes

Well, I have always loved citrus flavors in my desserts and breakfast. Oranges and clementines evoke tons of childhood memories, especially during winters. I love the taste and aroma of these fruits. Like me, you will love these mildly sweet and aromatic orange/clementine yogurt pancakes.

Peppermint candy cane cupcakes

There is no better way to celebrate Christmas than sharing good food. These peppermint cupcakes were the perfect treats for a bunch of hard-working employees at a supermarket who are my little one’s pals. My son looks forward to meeting them, and they always bring a smile to his face.

Salted caramel mousse

Here is a decadent, indulgent dessert that will take you back to the childhood candy store. Salted caramel mousse is sweet and has the saltiness from the sauce to cut through it. I added the popcorn and lotus biscuits for some crunch.

My top four party favorite dips

You need a bowl or two of dips to keep the conversations running, so you have enough time to take care of the last-minute cooking just before you serve. I love to serve several finger food and chips with some creamy dips before moving to the mains.

Styling raw ingredients

Lately, I have felt I shoot more cooked food and fewer ingredients used in the dishes. It’s always the end product. However, slowly I am making a move.
It is interesting to see how an ingredient looks under the light. You may choose to tell a story or shoot it in all its glory.
